“园校一体”的园林花卉实训基地建设研究与实践

北京城市定位、生态文明建设和绿化发展目标,赋予了首都园林事业重要使命,为此北京园林花卉行业急需与之发展相适应的高端技能型人才。与人才培养相适应,职业教育迫切需要构建融合行业先进技术,符合职教规律的实训基地。北京市园林学校园林花卉实训基地建设创新思路:一是确定校内实训基地“四化”建设方针;二是校外实训基地选择技术先进、全国典范的行业龙头企业和典型公园作为合作单位;三是制定实训基地装备标准;四是确立实训基地建设要紧扣人才培养模式改革的指导原则;五是建立“三位一体”实训基地建设模式、“学校主导,校企双主体”实训基地长效机制及“双轨并行”管理机制,构建了“园校一体、技术领先、功能多元、内外并举”的园林花卉实训基地。该实训基地与园林花卉产业链对接、与行业核心技能相对应、以学生综合职业能力培养为目标,能充分满足园林花卉技能培养的需要。 Beijing city orientation, ecological civilization construction and afforestation development goals, given the important mission of the capital garden career, Beijing garden flowers industry urgently needed to adapt to the development of high-end skilled personnel. The innovative thinking of the construction of the campus flower garden training base in Beijing is as follows: First, to establish the training base for the campus; to establish the “four modernizations”; secondly, to select the advanced training base for extra-territorial fields; and to take the leading enterprises and typical parks Units; third is to develop equipment training base standards; fourth is to establish training base construction should be closely linked to personnel training mode reform guidelines; five is to establish “Trinity” training base construction model, “school-led, school-based enterprises Dual-body ”training base long-term mechanism and “ double-track parallel ”management mechanism, to build “ garden one school, advanced technology, multiple functions, both inside and outside ”garden flower training base. The training base and garden flower industry chain docking, and the industry’s core skills corresponding to the comprehensive vocational ability of students as the goal, to fully meet the needs of garden flower skills training.
