在所试验的39株微生物中,发现红球菌(Rhodococcus sp.AS4.1147)能在葛根素(1)葡萄糖基的6位上进行选择性乙酰化。通过质谱和核磁共振波谱对乙酰化产物6′′-O-acetylpuerarin(2)的结构进行了确定。转化产物的分离得率为22.2%。
Among the 39 microorganisms tested, Rhodococcus sp. AS4.1147 was found to be capable of selective acetylation at position 6 of the glucosyl group of puerarin (1). The structure of 6 ’- O - acetylpuerarin (2), an acetylation product, was determined by mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. The isolated product was isolated in 22.2% yield.
