目的 :探索马鞭草兴奋子宫的有效成分。方法 :马鞭草甲醇提取物 ,经反复硅胶柱层析分离 ,理化性质和光谱分析鉴定其结构。结果 :分离获得 6个化合物单体 ,鉴定了其中 3个化合物分别为十六酸 ( )、乌索酸 ( )和 β-谷甾醇 ( ) ,其它 3个化合物的结构待鉴定。结论 :其中化合物 、 为首次从中国产马鞭草中获得
Objective: To explore the active ingredients of verbena in excitement of the uterus. Method: The methanol extract of Verbena Officinalis L. was separated by repeated silica gel column chromatography. Its physicochemical properties and spectral analysis were used to identify its structure. RESULTS : Six compounds were isolated and three of them were identified as hexadecanoic acid (), ursolic acid () and β-sitosterol (). The structures of the other three compounds were identified.
