目的:观察治疗急性视网膜坏死综合征(ARNS)的临床疗效.方法:回顾分析急性视网膜坏死综合征12例、17眼的临床资料,包括临床表现、辅助检查(荧光素眼底血管造影、视网膜电图)以及治疗过程.结果:4例6眼行预防性激光光凝术,3个月后视力0.81眼、0.61眼、0.42眼、0.31眼,1例、1眼病情加重,建议手术治疗,4例、4眼行预防性玻璃体视网膜手术,出院后随访6个月病情稳定,视力恢复为0.61眼、0.41眼、0.32眼,5例、6眼行玻璃体切除注入硅油加光凝加巩膜环扎术,取硅油后随访3～6个月,视力0.15
