本文研究了长庆油田目前主要区块的有机与无机氯含量。为了确定与控制原油中有机氯的来源、杜绝有机氯进入原油生产系统,进而对原油中氯含量测定势在必行。近年来随着原油开采深度的增加,原油重质、劣质化日趋严重,原油中的氯化物含量也呈不断增大的趋势;氯化物的存在对炼化企业具有巨大的危害性,主要体现在设备腐蚀、铵盐堵塞以及催化剂氯中毒等,加剧了下游炼化企业的设备腐蚀和非正常停工频率;因此此工作势在必行。
In this paper, the organic and inorganic chlorine contents of the main blocks in Changqing Oilfield are studied. In order to determine and control the source of organochlorine in crude oil and eliminate the organochlorine into the crude oil production system, it is imperative to determine the content of chlorine in crude oil. In recent years, with the increase of the depth of crude oil exploitation, the heavy and inferior quality of crude oil has become increasingly serious, and the chloride content in crude oil has also been increasing. The presence of chloride has great harm to the refining and chemical industry, Equipment corrosion, ammonium blockage and chlorine poisoning of catalysts, aggravating the frequency of equipment corrosion and abnormal shutdown of downstream refining enterprises; therefore, this work is imperative.
