一、网络时代的新需求根据中国互联网络信息中心(CNNIC)联合四个互联网络单位的统计显示(本次统计数据的截止日期是2000年6月30日): 上网计算机数:650万台;用户人数1690万,其中专线上网的用户人数约为258万,拨号上网的用户人数约为1176万;中文域名总数为:71727个;WWW站点数:约 27289个;国际线路的总容量为:1234M。连接的国家有美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、英国、德国、法国、日本、韩国等。从上述统计数字看出,中国互联网已遍布全国各省市而并以北京市为主。Internet的普及为企业从传统的管理经营模式转变为电子商务式的管理模式打下了必要基础,
