为研究战时弹药供应链在不同供应运作模式下的可靠性,采用系统动力学方法,建立了推式、拉式、推拉结合式3种弹药供应链运作模型。通过对模型进行系统行为运行与仿真分析,对比不同运作模式下弹药供应链的可靠性,寻求有效提高战时弹药供应链可靠性的关键因素与供应运作模式选择策略。结果表明:推拉结合式弹药供应链应对战场需求变化的可靠性最高;提高弹药补给速度与目标库存水平也能有效提高弹药供应链的可靠性。
In order to study the reliability of ammunition supply chain under different supply modes in wartime, the system dynamics model was used to establish the supply chain operation model of three types of ammunition, push, pull, push and pull. By analyzing the system behavior and simulation, the author compared the reliability of the ammunition supply chain under different operating modes and sought the key factors that can effectively improve the reliability of the ammunition supply chain and the strategy of supply and operation mode selection. The results show that push-pull combined ammunition supply chain has the highest reliability in response to changes in battlefield demand. Increasing the ammunition supply rate and target inventory level can also effectively improve the reliability of the ammunition supply chain.
