近年来,高职院校以健全和完善校企合作体制机制,坚持“合作办学、合作育人、合作就业、合作发展”原则,形成了政府主导、行业企业参与、学校自主的政、行、企、校“四位一体”的办学模式。但是,高职院校校企合作可持续发展需要建立“人才共育、过程共管、成果共享、责任共担”校企合作长效机制。本文提出构建高职院校校企合作长效机制的路径,以期对校企合作实践过程具有指导意义。
In recent years, the higher vocational colleges have formed a system of government-led, industry-enterprise participation and school-based autonomy by improving and perfecting the system and mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation and adhering to the principle of “cooperative education, cooperative education, cooperative employment, cooperative development” Line, enterprise, school “four in one ” mode of running a school. However, the sustainable development of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges needs to establish a long-term mechanism of cooperation between colleges and enterprises, such as “co-management of talents, process sharing, achievement sharing and responsibility sharing”. This paper puts forward the path of establishing a long-term mechanism of cooperation between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational colleges in the hope of guiding the practice of school-enterprise cooperation.
