随着中小学课程标准的深入贯彻及学生求知需求和审美需求的不断提高,教师面临的一个严峻的问题就是教育思想和教育观念的更新。尤其是老教师,传统教法根深蒂固,更要思考如何走进新型课堂,适应时代新要求。针对老教师课堂管理容易出现的问题及其相应对策,笔者提出以下几点建议:一、处理好两个关系1.教和学的关系首先,教师要明确教什么。教师要明确知识与技能目标、过程与方法目标和情感、态度与价值观目标。课堂教学围绕教学目标
