本文以陇椒2号辣椒为试材,分别用KNO3、NH4NO3、Ca Cl2、GA3和PEG药剂处理辣椒种子,探究这5种化学物质对辣椒种子发芽率、发芽指数和幼苗叶片中过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、脯氨酸等生理指标的影响。结果表明:浓度为0.3%的KNO3、0.5%的NH4NO3、1.2%的Ca Cl2、0.03%的GA3和20%的PEG处理能有效提高辣椒种子萌发能力和幼苗叶片中SOD、POD、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、脯氨酸的含量。整体看Ca Cl2各浓度处理对种子和幼苗的促进作用好于其他4个药剂。
In this paper, pepper Longjiao No.2 was used as experimental material to treat pepper seeds with KNO3, NH4NO3, Ca Cl2, GA3 and PEG respectively. The effects of these five chemical substances on the germination rate, germination index and peroxidase (POD), superoxide dismutase (SOD), soluble protein, soluble sugar, proline and other physiological indexes. The results showed that 0.3% KNO3, 0.5% NH4NO3, 1.2% CaCl2, 0.03% GA3 and 20% PEG could effectively improve the seed germination ability and SOD, POD, soluble protein, Sugar, proline content. The overall effect of Ca Cl2 treatment on seeds and seedlings was better than the other 4 agents.
