近年来,江西省南昌市工商行政管理局围绕公务员“德、能、勤、绩、廉”五个方面的要求,制定《南昌市工商局机关与公务员绩效考核标准》,把机关公务员考核科学量化成共同类、管理类和业务类考核指标,做到“四个结合”。
