为了确定更加适合中国柔性沥青路面结构设计中的基层类型系数Ab值,分析了现行沥青路面设计规范中设计弯沉计算方法、演变及在半刚性路面、柔性路面及组合式路面中的适用情况;结合中国8条高速公路沥青路面的实测弯沉指标,研究了柔性基层沥青路面设计弯沉计算体系,对沥青路面设计弯沉计算公式进行了标定;通过计算中国常见的半刚性、组合式、柔性路面结构中柔性结构层的总厚度及层底的受力状况,提出了沥青路面设计弯沉计算公式的适用条件。研究结果表明:在进行路面设计弯沉计算时,半刚性基层的路面结构类型系数Ab取值1.0,柔性基层的Ab取值2.4,组合式基层的Ab取值采用线形内插法进行确定;沥青路面刚柔结构中柔性层厚度小于21cm时路面为半刚性结构,柔性层厚度大于35cm时路面为柔性结构,柔性层厚度为21~35cm时路面为组合式结构,该组合结构更符合中国目前柔性层路面结构实际情况。
In order to determine Ab value, which is more suitable for the design of China’s flexible asphalt pavement structure, the calculation method of design deflection and its application in semi-rigid pavement, flexible pavement and combined pavement are analyzed. Combined with the measured deflection indicators of asphalt pavements on 8 expressways in China, the calculation system of the deflection of design of flexible asphalt pavement is studied, and the deflection formula of asphalt pavement design is calibrated. By calculating the common semi-rigid, modular, flexible The total thickness of the flexible structure in the pavement structure and the stress of the bottom of the pavement are analyzed. The applicable conditions of the formula for calculating the deflection of the asphalt pavement are proposed. The results show that the pavement structure type coefficient Ab of the semi-rigid base course is 1.0, Ab of the flexible base level is 2.4, and the Ab value of the combined base course is determined by linear interpolation method. When the thickness of flexible layer is less than 21cm, the pavement is of semi-rigid structure. When the thickness of flexible layer is more than 35cm, the pavement is flexible, and the thickness of flexible layer is 21 ~ 35cm. The pavement is a combined structure, which is more in accordance with the current flexible Layer pavement structure of the actual situation.
