伴随海洋石油行业的发展,海洋平台数量逐年增加,为确保海上油气开采的安全性,需要建立一个平台结构安全数据管理系统,从而对平台结构进行快速可靠的安全评估。本文介绍的海洋平台结构安全数据管理系统,包含平台设计、建造、安装以及常规检测数据,并结合863项目“基于振动检测的现役海洋平台结构安全评估技术研究”的科研成果,融入了平台结构振动检测数据。该数系统还可以集成相应的结构安全分析软件,对评估过程中的所有数据进行管理和应用。
With the development of the offshore oil industry, the number of offshore platforms has been increasing year by year. To ensure the safety of offshore oil and gas exploration, a platform-based structural safety data management system needs to be established to make rapid and reliable safety assessment of the platform structure.
