2001年2月28日,中国科学院可持续发展 战略组组长、首席科学家牛文元教授向新闻界公布最新研究成果,代表中国科学院推出中国现代化的时间表。这是我国独自创立的系统学研究所得出的成果。 研究表明:2050年之前,全国将有13个省、市实现现代化,人口将占全国的41.5％;到2050年,中国作为一个国家整体,将全面达到当时世界中等发达国家的水平;到2060年,全国将有27个省、市、自治区实现现代化目标。
On February 28, 2001, Professor Niu Wenyuan, chief scientist and leader of the strategy group for sustainable development of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, released the latest research results to the press on behalf of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and launched the schedule for China’s modernization. This is the result of a systematic study of China’s creation of its own. The study shows that by 2050, there will be 13 provinces and cities nationwide that will modernize with a population of 41.5% of the country. By 2050, China, as a nation as a whole, will fully meet the level of the medium-sized developed countries in the world at that time. By 2060 There will be 27 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions across the country to achieve the goal of modernization.
