目的获得放疗、诊断和防护线质下的X射线能谱。方法应用Geant4对于不同的过滤片和管电压组合进行了蒙特卡洛模拟,得到了相应条件下的X射线能谱。模拟时考虑了电子与靶碰撞发生的康普顿效应、光电效应、瑞利散射、轫致辐射和电离等物理过程。结果得到了放疗、诊断和防护线质下的X射线能谱与平均能量值。结论应用Geant4可以准确模拟放疗、诊断和防护线质下的X射线能谱。
Objective To obtain X-ray energy spectrum of radiotherapy, diagnosis and protection line. Methods Monte Carlo simulations of different filter and tube voltage combinations were performed using Geant4, and the X-ray energy spectra of the filters were obtained. The physical processes such as Compton effect, photoelectric effect, Rayleigh scattering, Bremsstrahlung and ionization are considered in the simulation. Results The X-ray spectra and average energy values of radiotherapy, diagnosis and protection lines were obtained. Conclusion Geant4 can accurately simulate radiotherapy, diagnosis and protection of X-ray energy spectrum.
