本文通过对健康和网球运动的深入研究,发现网球运动对促进大学生身心健康具有非凡的意义,并且结合笔者多年教学实践提出了一些具体有效的利用网球教学促进大学生身心健康的方法。
Through in-depth study of health and tennis, this paper finds that tennis plays an important role in promoting the physical and mental health of college students. In the light of years of teaching practice, the author puts forward some concrete and effective methods of using tennis teaching to promote the physical and mental health of college students.
