目的:优化连花清瘟胶囊带式真空干燥的关键工艺参数。方法:以干浸膏的水分以及有效成分(连翘酯苷A、绿原酸)含量为评价指标,对影响真空干燥的主要因素(干燥温度、加料速度、履带速度)进行优选及验证试验。结果:优选干燥工艺参数为干燥温度50~60℃,加料速度20 L/h,履带速度18 cm/min。2次验证试验结果表明,干燥后干浸膏的水分、连翘酯苷A含量、绿原酸含量分别为4.8%、4.6%,1.76、1.78 mg/g,5.04、4.95 mg/g。结论:优选后的真空带式干燥工艺稳定、可行。
Objective: To optimize the key process parameters of belt vacuum drying for Lianhua Qingwen Capsule. Methods: The main factors affecting the vacuum drying (drying temperature, feeding rate and crawler speed) were optimized and validated by the moisture content of dry extract and the content of active ingredient (Forsythoside A and chlorogenic acid). Results: The optimum drying parameters were drying temperature 50 ~ 60 ℃, feeding speed 20 L / h, and crawler speed 18 cm / min. The results of two validation tests showed that the moisture, forsythoside A content and chlorogenic acid content of the dried extract were 4.8%, 4.6%, 1.76, 1.78 mg / g, 5.04 and 4.95 mg / g, respectively. Conclusion: The preferred vacuum belt drying process is stable and feasible.
