妊娠期癌肿十分少见,患肝细胞癌(HCC)者则更为罕见。本文报告了英国两家医院收治的5例妊娠期HCC患者,并通过医学文献分析和检索系统回顾了1957～1993年间文献报告的23例妊娠期HCC。对所有患者的种族、年龄、产次、HBsAg检测情况、有无肝硬化、血清AFP水平、服用避孕药史及胎儿和母体预后进行了详细分析。同时,复习了同期文献记载的12例妊娠期其他恶性肿瘤。 28例HCC平均年龄31岁,21例有多次
Pregnancy cancer is rare, and those with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) are even rarer. This article reports on five HCC patients admitted to two hospitals in the United Kingdom and reviewed 23 cases of gestational HCC reported in the literature from 1957 to 1993 through a medical literature analysis and retrieval system. The patient’s race, age, parity, HBsAg detection, presence or absence of cirrhosis, serum AFP levels, history of contraceptive use, and fetal and maternal outcomes were analyzed in detail. At the same time, 12 other gestational malignancies recorded in the same period were reviewed. The average age of 28 cases of HCC was 31 years old, 21 cases had multiple times
