手足口病(Hand,Foot,and Mouth Disease,HFMD)是由一组肠道病毒引起的急性传染病,其中以柯萨奇病毒A组16型(Coxsackievirus A16,Cox A16)和肠道病毒71型(Enterovirus71,EV71)感染最常见,主要通过密切接触传播,一年四季都可发病,以春夏之交多发,多发生于5岁以下的婴幼儿,以手、足、口腔等部位皮肤黏膜的皮疹、疱疹、溃疡为典型表现[1-2]。为了解巢湖市HFMD的流行特征,做好防控工作,对巢湖市2009~2015年HFMD的流行特征进行分析。

In order to understand the epidemic characteristics of HFMD in Chaohu City and make prevention and control work well, the epidemiological characteristics of HFMD from 2009 to 2015 in Chaohu City were analyzed.
