采用脉冲频率20 Hz,强度分别为025、03、064 T 三种不同强度的脉冲磁场对小鼠进行40 m in 全身辐照,对照组进行40 m in 假辐照。磁处理后即刻取血对其血液的自由基指标(SOD 比活性、MDA 含量)进行测量。结果表明辐照强度025 T 组与对照组小鼠血液的自由基代谢未改变;034 T 组小鼠血液的SOD 活性和MDA 含量均显著低于其它组。结果表明低频脉冲磁场对小鼠的自由基影响较大并存在一定的窗口效应区。
The mice were exposed to 40 m in whole body with pulsed magnetic fields of pulse frequency 20 Hz and intensities of 025, 03 and 064 T, respectively. Immediately after the magnetic treatment, blood was taken to measure the free radical index (SOD specific activity, MDA content) of the blood. The results showed that the free radical metabolism in blood of 025 T group and control group mice did not change; the SOD activity and MDA content in 034 T group were significantly lower than those of the other groups. The results showed that low-frequency pulsed magnetic field had a greater effect on free radicals in mice and had some window effect region.
