研究了表面离子注入稀土元素镧对 Co-40Cr合金抗氧化性能的改善,实验结果表明,离 子注入3×1016La+/cm2和3×1-17La+/cm2剂量镧明显改善了合金1000℃空气中抗恒温氧化 和抗循环氧化性能.SEM观测表明注镧后细化了合金表面氧化膜晶粒,同时,氧化膜形成大量褶皱, 有利于氧化膜内应力的塑性释放.声发射(AE)实验结果表明,离子注镧减小了氧化膜/合金界面处 缺陷的平均大小及数量,从而改善了氧化膜在基体的粘附性.
The results show that ion implantation of 3 × 1016La + / cm2 and 3 × 1-17La + / cm2 lanthanum significantly improve the anti-constant temperature of the alloy at 1000 ℃ Oxidation and cyclic oxidation resistance. The SEM observation shows that after the lanthanum is added, the grain size of the oxide film on the surface of the alloy is refined and a large number of folds are formed on the oxide film, which is favorable for the plastic release of the stress in the oxide film. Acoustic emission (AE) experimental results show that the ion-lanthanum reduces the average size and number of defects at the oxide film / alloy interface, thereby improving the adhesion of the oxide film to the substrate.
