随着饭店业的不断蓬勃发展,顾客已经不满足于一成不变的服务模式。个人的自由与私人活动空间受到了强有力的保护。随之而来的饭店服务理念也在不断的创新发展,饭店的无干扰服务是一种需求服务。作为一种新的服务理念,对于提高服务质量有一定的作用,在竞争强烈的饭店行业也中必然占据了一定的优势。目前,饭店无干扰服务正处于初探阶段,国内外也没对其进行更深层次的研究,因此有必要对无干扰服务在饭店餐饮中的实施进行探讨。文章通过了解目前饭店餐饮的现状与不足,结合实际问题提出无干扰服务在饭店餐饮运用中的合理的解决对策。
