通过对2014年秋季河北联合大学医学专场招聘会200家医院当中的属于河北省内的70家基层医院进行问卷调查,了解掌握了河北省各城市基层医院近三年的医学人才需求情况,根据调查数据分析得出基层医院缺少医学人才而医学毕业生就业率偏低的解决途径,提出了医学院校应该深化教育模式改革,提升医学生的就业竞争力;相关职能部门应该加强基层医院投入,吸引医学生服务基层,提升基层医院卫生服务水平等措施。
Through the questionnaire survey of 70 grassroots hospitals belonging to Hebei Province in the 200 hospitals of the Hebei Union University Medical Special Job Fair held in the fall of 2014, we learned about the needs of medical professionals in the grassroots hospitals in various cities in Hebei Province for the past three years. According to the survey Data analysis shows that primary hospitals lack of medical personnel and the employment rate of medical graduates is low. It is suggested that medical colleges and universities should deepen the reform of educational modes and enhance the employment competitiveness of medical students. Relevant functional departments should strengthen investment in primary hospitals and attract Medical service grass-roots level, improve primary health care services and other measures.
