利用波长为632.8nm激光激发的拉曼光谱仪,测定了三种水溶性porphyrin在电化学粗糙银表面上的表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS).这些光谱非常相似,但也有一些重要的差别.实验还表明:当Sn(Ⅳ)TMPyP(4)吸附在Ag表面上时,Sn-N键仍稳定存在,而且吸附分子的表面浓度不同,其在表面的取向也不同.
Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) of three water-soluble porphyrin on the electrochemically roughened silver surface was performed using a Raman spectrometer excited at a wavelength of 632.8 nm. The spectra are very similar, but there are some important differences as well. The experimental results also show that the Sn-N bond still exists stably when Sn (Ⅳ) TMPyP (4) is adsorbed on the surface of Ag, and the adsorbed molecules have different surface concentrations and different orientations on the surface.
