大量国际EPC水电项目实践经验表明,分包合同管理是总包商项目管理活动范围内核心工作内容之一,其贯穿于项目整个实施阶段。本文就非洲某EPC水电项目中设计分包、施工分包、物资及设备供应商的选择及合同管理中的重难点与细节进行分析与探讨,通过有效的分包合同管理降低主合同实施风险,控制项目成本,获取预期利润,提高合同管理水平。
The practical experience of a large number of international EPC hydropower projects shows that subcontract management is one of the core tasks within the scope of EPC project management activities and runs through the entire implementation phase of the project. This article analyzes and discusses the difficulties and details of the design subcontracting, construction subcontracting, material and equipment supplier selection and contract management in a EPC hydropower project in Africa, reduces the implementation risk of the main contract through effective subcontract management, Control project costs, access to expected profits, improve contract management.
