目的探讨五味子乙素对大鼠胶质瘤生长的作用机制。方法建立Wistar大鼠胶质瘤模型,用200 mg/kg五味子乙素灌胃处理7 d,实验结束后取出肿瘤,测定肿瘤的重量和体积,检测大鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活力和谷胱甘肽的含量。结果五味子乙素可明显抑制胶质瘤的生长,用药组肿瘤体积较对照组肿瘤体积明显缩小(P<0.05);用药组肿瘤重量较对照组亦明显减少(P<0.05),药物组大鼠白清谷胱甘肽(GSH),SOD、CAT有所下降,与对照组相比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论五味子乙素通过影响胶质瘤大鼠血清中氧化应激指标,可以显著地发挥抑制胶质瘤生长的作用。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of Schisandrin B on the growth of glioma in rats. Methods The Wistar rat glioma model was established and treated with 200 mg / kg Schisandrin B for 7 days. After the experiment, the tumor was removed and the tumor weight and volume were determined. The levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD) Catalase (CAT) activity and glutathione content. Results Schisandrin B could obviously inhibit the growth of glioma. The volume of tumor in treatment group was significantly smaller than that in control group (P <0.05), and the weight of tumor in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05) Glutathione (GSH), SOD, CAT decreased, compared with the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Schisandrin B can significantly inhibit glioma growth by affecting oxidative stress in serum of glioma rats.
