组织成员的行为方式受组织文化的影响很大,而组织文化的缺失或不完善就有可能会诱发组织员工的愤怒、不满等消极情绪的产生,甚至会诱发员工反生产行为的发生和蔓延。从组织文化视角对员工反生产行为的组织文化诱因进行了分析,并基于组织文化建设提出组织员工个体反生产行为调控策略。
Organizational behaviors are greatly influenced by the organizational culture. However, the lack or imperfection of organizational culture may induce the employees’ anger and dissatisfaction, and may even lead to the occurrence and spread of counterproductive behaviors. From the perspective of organizational culture, this paper analyzes the organizational culture inducement of staff anti-production behavior and puts forward the strategy of organizing the individual anti-production behavior regulation based on the organizational culture construction.
