为研究成型方式对排水性沥青混合料路用性能影响,对3种不同级配排水性沥青混合料分别采用振动压实与马歇尔击实方式成型试件,对比分析了成型方式对其级配、空隙率、透水性能、高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和抗水损害性能的影响。试验结果表明,排水性沥青混合料的性能与成型方式密切相关,与马歇尔击实试验相比,振动压实更有利于排水性沥青混合料矿料颗粒的空间排布,振动压实状态下排水性沥青混合料的高、低温性能和水稳定性明显提高,而透水性能略有降低。通过试验路工程的铺筑与检测,验证了采用振动方式压实排水性沥青混合料是可行的,以振动击实试验确定的标准密度控制现场施工更为科学。
In order to study the effect of molding method on the road performance of drainage asphalt mixture, three types of drainage asphalt mixture with different grade were respectively compacted by vibration compaction and Marshall compaction, and the influence of forming method on grading, Porosity, water permeability, high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance and water damage resistance. The test results show that the performance of drainage asphalt mixture is closely related to the molding method. Comparing with the Marshall compaction test, the vibration compaction is more conducive to the spatial distribution of the drainage asphalt mixture mineral particles, The high and low temperature properties and water stability of the bituminous mixture are obviously improved, while the water permeability is slightly reduced. Through paving and testing of the pilot road project, it is verified that it is feasible to compose the drainage asphalt mixture by vibration mode. It is more scientific to control the site construction with the standard density determined by vibration compaction test.
