根据某特殊用途电源车研究与开发的需要,针对研发的电源样车车载发电液压传动系统,运用MATLAB/Simulink软件建立了车载发电液压传动系统的仿真模型,并进行了相关的试验;通过试验,验证了车载发电液压传动系统仿真模型的准确性。在此基础上,对该电源样车车载发电液压传动系统的稳定性进行了仿真分析,同时研究了泵控马达调速系统的结构参数和运行参数对系统动态性能的影响。研究结果可以为该电源样车液压传动系统的进一步改进与完善提供一定的依据。
According to the need of R & D for a special purpose power car, the simulation model of the on-board power generation hydraulic drive system was established by MATLAB / Simulink and the related tests were carried out. Verify the accuracy of the simulation model of vehicle power generation hydraulic drive system. On this basis, the stability of the power-driven hydraulic drive system is simulated and analyzed, and the influence of structural parameters and operating parameters on the dynamic performance of the system is also studied. The research results can provide a basis for the further improvement and perfection of the power-driven hydraulic transmission system.
