目的:研究保济丸粉辐照前后的解热作用及止吐作用。方法:采用酵母菌复制大鼠发热模型,观察保济丸粉0.93,1.86,3.72 g.kg-1,ig 2次辐照前后的解热作用;采用硫酸铜复制家鸽呕吐模型,观察保济丸粉(0.93,1.86,3.72 g.kg-1,ig连续3 d)辐照前后的止吐作用。结果:保济丸粉辐照前后可显著降低酵母性发热大鼠的体温,与模型对照组比较,P<0.01,P<0.05;保济丸辐照前后均可显著减少硫酸铜致家鸽的呕吐次数,与模型对照组比较,P<0.05。结论:保济丸粉辐照前后具有解热及止吐作用,辐照前后的作用比较,差异无显著性。
Objective: To study the antipyretic and antiemetic effects of Baoyu pill before and after radiation. Methods: The rat model of fever was established by yeast replication. The antipyretic effects of Baoyi Pill powder (0.93, 1.86, 3.72 g.kg-1, ig) before and after irradiation were observed. The pigeons’ vomiting model was replicated with copper sulfate, Pill (0.93,1.86,3.72 g.kg-1, ig continuous 3 d) before and after the antiemetic effect. Results: Before and after Baoyu pill irradiation, the body temperature of the rats with fever in yeast could be significantly reduced compared with the model control group (P <0.01, P <0.05). Before and after Baoji pill irradiation, Vomiting times, compared with the model control group, P <0.05. Conclusion: Before and after irradiation, Baoji Pill has antipyretic and antiemetic effects. There is no significant difference between before and after irradiation.
