本文讨论了两种类型太阳能干燥器的通风系统以及集热器最佳面积配比,通过数学模型的计算与分析,得到了两个结论:(1)在回流式通风系统中,采用大回流比的设计,能有效地消除外界气象条件变化对干燥器运行工况的影响;(2)空气集热器面积的合理配比应以干燥器排湿风量为标准来确定。
This paper discusses the optimum area ratio of the ventilation system and the collector of two types of solar dryers. Through the calculation and analysis of the mathematical model, two conclusions are obtained: (1) Large reflux ratios are used in the return ventilation system. The design can effectively eliminate the impact of changes in outside weather conditions on the operating conditions of the dryer; (2) The reasonable ratio of the area of the air collector should be determined based on the amount of wet air discharged from the dryer.
