为了分析横轴式掘进机的振动特性,用UG进行横轴式掘进机整机建模,导入ADAMS中,对虚拟样机模型中的液压缸进行处理,并定义履带、铲板、后支撑装置分别与地面的接触刚度、阻尼、摩擦系数等参数,最终在Vibration模块中对虚拟模型进行模态分析,在后处理模块中得到,掘进机各零部件在谐波函数激励下的二维、三维位移频响图。分析结果表明:横轴式掘进机有17阶模态频率及振型,各阶模态频率在0.1~110 Hz,主要分布在30 Hz以下,电控箱的6阶模态频率均在10~30 Hz,只有后支撑部位的模态频率较大为107.5 Hz。
