应用一维不稳定流方法进行水库动库容调洪,并根据水库的调洪规则建立了一维不稳定流隐式差分模型的边界条件.实例应用表明:对于狭长型水库,常遇洪水几乎不受动库容影响、而稀遇洪水或暴雨中心在上游的大洪水动库容影响显著;本成果能同时确定水库的泄洪设施规模、各频率洪水的最高坝前水位及库区回水线.
One-dimensional unstable flow method is used to adjust the dynamic storage capacity of reservoir, and the boundary condition of one-dimensional unstable flow implicit difference model is established according to the flood regulation rules of reservoir. The practical application shows that for the long and narrow reservoirs, the frequently encountered flooding is hardly influenced by the moving capacity, while the dynamic flood storage capacity of the flooding or stormwater center in the upper reaches is significantly affected. The results can simultaneously determine the scale of the flood discharging facilities and the frequency floods The highest dam level and the reservoir backwater line.
