目的比较嗜热脂肪杆菌芽孢菌片式和嗜热脂肪杆菌芽孢自含式(快速)测定脉动真空灭菌器灭菌效果。方法嗜热脂肪杆菌芽孢菌片式及嗜热脂肪杆菌芽孢自含式(快速)置脉动真空灭菌器于132℃~134℃8 min进行灭菌后,比较生物监测结果。结果两种生物监测结果一致,培养结果均为阴性,合格率100%,但嗜热脂肪杆菌芽孢自含式生物监测法耗时短,操作简单,准确性高,成本较低,优于嗜热脂肪杆菌芽孢菌片式生物监测法。
OBJECTIVE To compare the bactericidal effect of pulsating vacuum sterilizers with the self-contained (rapid) Bacillus stearothermophilus and thermophilic stearothermophilus spores. Methods Biofilm results were compared after sterilization with Bacillus stearothermophilus lipase and lipophilic stearothermophilus spores self-contained (rapid) pulsation vacuum sterilizer at 132 ℃ ~ 134 ℃ for 8 min. Results The biomonitoring results were consistent and the culture results were negative with a pass rate of 100%. However, the self-contained biosurveillance method of Bacillus stearothermophilus was short, easy to operate, high accuracy and low cost, better than thermophilic Fusobacterium albicans slice biological monitoring method.
