乳腺癌发病机制非常复杂。随着分子生物学的飞速发展与高新生物技术的不断涌现 ,对其发生、演进机理有了较深入的了解 ,防治水平不断提高。本文就①病因学与危险因素的评估 ;②癌前病变与多阶段演进发病模式的确立 ;③肿瘤标志物的筛选与癌的早期发现 ;④激素调节与细胞信号传导系统紊乱 ;⑤细胞周期 :增殖与凋亡失衡 ;⑥癌基因与抑癌基因功能异常 ;⑦肿瘤血管生成、淋巴管生成与癌转移 ;⑧抗肿瘤新靶点新策略 ;⑨乳腺癌的防治研究展望作一综述。
The pathogenesis of breast cancer is very complex. With the rapid development of molecular biology and the continuous emergence of new and high-tech biotechnology, a deeper understanding of its occurrence and evolution mechanism has been obtained, and the level of prevention and treatment has been continuously raised. In this paper, ① etiology and risk factors assessment; ② precancerous lesions and the establishment of multi-stage evolution of the disease patterns; ③ tumor marker screening and early detection of cancer; ④ hormone regulation and cell signaling disorders; ⑤ cell cycle: Proliferation and apoptosis imbalance; ⑥ oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes dysfunction; ⑦ tumor angiogenesis, lymphangiogenesis and cancer metastasis; ⑧ new target of anti-tumor new targets; ⑨ prevention and treatment of breast cancer research is reviewed.
