员工满意度调查是公司与员工交流的一种重要沟通渠道。本文通过问卷与访谈,对山东某大型建筑施工企业——Y公司员工满意度进行了调查,分析表明Y企业员工总体满意度属于基本满意。从不同职能比较看,财务与投资职能员工满意度最高,项目部员工满意度最低。从不同级别比较看,员工级别越高,满意度越高。从不同工龄比较看,工龄不足2年的员工和工龄20年以上的员工满意度高,工龄2~5年和5~10年的员工满意度低,总体呈两头高,中间低的凹型分布。
Employee satisfaction survey is an important communication channel between company and employees. Through questionnaires and interviews, the paper investigates the satisfaction degree of Y company employees in a large-scale construction company in Shandong. The analysis shows that the overall satisfaction of Y company employees is basically satisfactory. From the perspective of different functions, employees in the finance and investment functions have the highest degree of satisfaction, and employees in the project department have the lowest satisfaction. From the comparison of different levels, the higher the staff level, the higher the satisfaction. From the perspective of different length of service, employees with less than 2 years of service and employees with 20 years or more of service have high satisfaction. Employees with 2 to 5 years of service and 5 to 10 years of service have low levels of satisfaction. They are generally high in both heads and low in the middle.
