朋辈心理辅导(peercounseling)作为一种新兴的学校心理健康教育模式,正在受到广泛的关注。本文希望通过对朋辈心理辅导这一模式的文件综述,探讨其现有的工作成效及其对大学生心理健康水平的干预状况,并对浙江医药高等专科学校(以下简称“我校”)开展朋辈心理辅导工作提供一定的借鉴与参考。
