微成型技术在高分子微图案的制备和功能器件开发中十分重要.溶剂辅助微成型是通过在聚合物薄膜内引入溶剂来溶胀或溶解聚合物,降低聚合物的玻璃化转变温度和黏度,从而提高聚合物的流动性能,结合模板压印技术可以容易地得到高质量的二维和三维图案.该技术克服了高温成型下产生的热收缩、易降解、易破坏材料功能性等缺点.这种方法不仅适用于聚合物单层膜,还适用于聚电解质多层膜.通过对多层膜的压缩可以形成化学性质相同而物理性质不同的图案.本文还讨论了在溶剂辅助微成型过程中模具、溶剂、压力、温度和图案密度对图案质量的影响.
