目的通过检测阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)合并2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者、OSAHS患者、2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者、对照组血浆apelin-12的水平,探讨血浆apelin-12在OSAHS合并T2DM患者中的变化及OSAHS与T2DM对血浆apelin-12表达的影响。方法选择OSAHS合并T2DM患者组、OSAHS患者组、T2DM组、对照组,所有受试者均进行整夜7h的多导睡眠呼吸监测,并测量研究对象的身高、体质量,计算体质量指数(Body Mass Index,BMI),应用酶联免疫吸附法检测各组血浆apelin-12水平(ng/ml)和空腹血糖(Fasting blood glucose,FBG)水平(mmol/L)。结果①各组间年龄、身高、体重、性别分布、BMI无差异。②apelin-12和FBG呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。③无OSAHS无T2DM组为2.65±0.59;无OSAHS有T2DM组为3.66±0.49;有OSAHS无T2DM为3.99±0.57;有OSAHS有T2DM为4.37±0.95。OSAHS和T2DM对apelin的影响存在交互作用(P=0.023<0.05)。结论①OSAHS合并T2DM存在较高的血浆apelin-12水平。②OSAHS与T2DM对血浆apelin-12表达的影响存在交互效应。
Objective To detect the changes of plasma apelin in obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS), OSAHS and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) -12 in patients with OSAHS and T2DM, and the changes of plasma apelin-12 expression in OSAHS and T2DM patients. Methods OSAHS patients with T2DM, OSAHS, T2DM and control subjects were enrolled in this study. All subjects were monitored for polysomnography for 7h by night and their height and weight were measured. Body mass index Mass index (BMI), plasma apelin-12 levels (ng / ml) and fasting blood glucose (FBG) levels (mmol / L) were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results ①The age, height, weight, sex distribution and BMI of each group were not different. ② There was a significant positive correlation between a-lin2 and FBG (P <0.05). ③ No OSAHS without T2DM was 2.65 ± 0.59; OSAHS without T2DM was 3.66 ± 0.49; OSAHS without T2DM was 3.99 ± 0.57; OSAHS with T2DM was 4.37 ± 0.95. There was interaction between OSAHS and T2DM on apelin (P = 0.023 <0.05). Conclusions ①OSAHS combined with T2DM have higher plasma apelin-12 levels. ②OSAHS and T2DM had a reciprocal effect on the plasma apelin-12 expression.
