通过淋巴管内注射肿瘤细胞以探讨肿瘤细胞转移至左锁骨上淋巴结的途径。在狗睾丸内注射叶绿素溶液的同时,向精索内淋巴管注射小鼠骨髓瘤细胞或人胃腺癌细胞悬液,2h后取显色的纵隔淋巴结和颈部淋巴结,做石蜡切片。显微镜下观察癌细胞在淋巴结内的分布,并应用定量电视显微镜(Quantimet970)图像分析系统测量癌细胞核的形态学参数和DNA含量。结果发现叶绿素和癌细胞分布于淋巴结的被膜下窦和小梁周窦,但髓窦和输出淋巴管内无叶绿素和癌细胞,结果表明:叶绿素和癌细胞是经输入淋巴管进入淋巴结的,癌细胞可经胸导管及其侧支顺淋巴流进周围淋巴结,并引起淋巴结肿大。
Tumor cells are injected through the lymphatic vessels to explore the pathway for tumor cells to metastasize to the left supraclavicular lymph node. When the chlorophyll solution was injected into the testis of the dog, either the mouse myeloma cells or human gastric adenocarcinoma cell suspensions were injected into the lymphatic vessels of the spermatic cord. After 2 hours, the mediastinal lymph nodes and cervical lymph nodes were taken and paraffin sections were made. The distribution of cancer cells in the lymph nodes was observed under a microscope, and the morphometric parameters and DNA content of the cancer cell nuclei were measured using a quantitative video microscope (Quantimet 970) image analysis system. The results showed that chlorophyll and cancer cells were distributed in the subcapsular sinus and trabecular sinus of the lymph nodes, but there were no chlorophyll and cancer cells in the medullary sinus and the output lymphatic vessels. The results showed that chlorophyll and cancer cells enter the lymph nodes through the input lymphatic vessels. Through the thoracic duct and its collateral lymph flow into the surrounding lymph nodes, and cause lymphadenopathy.
