硝酸甘油是治疗心绞痛最有效的药物之一,但使用不当或不了解其注意事项,则不能最大限度地发挥药物疗效。△服用硝酸甘油时应从小剂量(0.15～0.3毫克)开始,以减轻不良反应。可根据病情逐渐增加剂量。△病人应随身携带硝酸甘油片,但不得贴身保存,以免药物败坏失效。应保存于避光密封的金属匣内,每半年更换一次新药。△一有不适的症状和感觉即应服药,不要推迟到发作后再用,以免延误病情。△用药时,病人应取坐位。因卧位时膈肌上提,心脏受压,不利于充分发挥药物效应。△硝酸甘油应含舌下,使其溶解约需
