采用宏观形貌、化学成分、能谱等分析方法对某废水管道法兰螺栓服役过程中断裂的现象进行了分析。结果表明,螺栓断裂的原因为氯离子作用下的应力腐蚀开裂,铬和镍的含量过低会降低螺栓的耐蚀性。
The phenomenon of fracture during the service of the flange bolt of a waste water pipeline was analyzed by macroscopic morphology, chemical composition and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that the cause of the bolt fracture is stress corrosion cracking under the action of chloride ions. If the content of chromium and nickel is too low, the corrosion resistance of the bolt will be reduced.
