文中采用压电陶瓷柱和自行设计的0-300V直流可调电源制作高精度压电陶瓷相移器,并由计算机通过D/A转换板输出电压进行控制,采用CCD组成闭环反馈。经过标定,相移器的相位误差在±3°之内。该相移器的使用提高光学无损检测的测量精度,而且经济性很好。
Piezoelectric ceramic columns and self-designed 0-300V DC adjustable power supply are used to make high-precision piezoelectric ceramic phase shifter. The computer controls the output voltage of D / A conversion board and uses CCD to form closed-loop feedback. After calibration, the phase error of the phase shifter is within ± 3 °. The use of this phase shifter improves the measurement accuracy of optical NDT and is economical.
