从事农村中学英语教学三十多年,经历了基础教育英语课程的改革,教材的多次改版,教法的不断更新,其间深切地感受到教师在教学观念与教学行为上有了变化,课堂教学也有了成效。但同时由于受应试教育的影响,大量的教师课堂教学行为与新课堂理念脱节,学生负担过重,课堂低效等。
