研究表明,氧化应激可造成全身多个器官系统的损伤,包括男性生殖系统,然而,氧化应激对于女性生殖系统的损伤作用却缺乏研究。本文阐述了氧化应激与女性不孕症的相关性,并从卵巢细胞凋亡、卵巢衰老与炎症反应三方面综述了氧化应激对生殖系统损伤作用的机制。 Studies have shown that oxidative stress can cause multiple organ system damage, including the male reproductive system, however, the role of oxidative stress in the female reproductive system has not been studied. This article describes the relationship between oxidative stress and female infertility and reviews the mechanism of oxidative stress on the reproductive system damage from three aspects: ovarian cell apoptosis, ovarian aging and inflammatory response.
