作者结合出口产品的生产,对铸造碳钢(ASTMA216—77WCB)进行了电弧炉内喷粉精炼工艺的试验。对比了喷粉精炼和白渣工艺对钢的机械性能和铸造性能的影响,结果表明:用氯气或氮气为载体,向钢液内部喷吹Ca-Si粉或Al粉,可强化脱氧、脱硫过程;净化钢液改善非金属夹杂物的形状大小和分布形态;提高了钢的塑性和韧性,特别明显地提高了钢液的流动性和抗热裂性能。
In combination with the production of export products, the author tested the EAF powder metallurgy (ASTMA216-77WCB) in EAF process. The results show that the blowing of Ca-Si powder or Al powder into the molten steel with chlorine or nitrogen as carrier can strengthen the process of deoxidation and desulfurization ; Purification of molten steel to improve the shape and size distribution of non-metallic inclusions; improve the plasticity and toughness of steel, especially significantly improve the fluidity and resistance to hot cracking performance.
