According to “Thirteen Five ” plan, by the end of 2020 the cumulative installed capacity of photovoltaic will reach 150GW. After 25 years, when the service of these PV power stations expires, the equipment is scrapped and disposed of properly, which may cause serious pollution to the environment. Therefore, the recovery and decontamination of PV modules have become a major concern in the domestic and international industries. By 2015, the accumulated installed capacity of PV power plants in China has reached 43 GW, surpassing Germany to become the largest country in the world in terms of cumulative PV installed capacity. In June 2016, the National Energy Administration released new installed capacity of 18GW in the year, and the annual installed capacity in 2016 is expected to reach 73GW.
