工会是连接党和人民群众的纽带,同时也是职工与单位之间沟通联系的枢纽,是职工合法权益的保障。很多人曾把工会比作是职工的家,工会就像家一个给予职工无微不至的温暖和关怀。然而,随着经济的不断发展,社会的不断进步,导致职工之间的问题越来越多,这也就增大了职工之间的矛盾冲突,这样导致职工之间的关系变得越来越紧张,本文详细阐述了职工关系问题的重要性,并且分析了目前职工关系的现状,最后提出了工会干部解决职工关系问题的策略。
