通过中心复合回归试验,研究了3个因素(硫黄、白炭黑和高吸水树脂)与WSR性能间的关系,并建立了3个因素与WSR性能间的数学回归方程。参照Mooney‐Rivlin理论,提出了力学性能与吸水性能之间关系的半经验方程———Mooney‐Rivlin修正方程。运用最小二乘法,建立回归方程,作图检验,证明Mooney‐Rivlin修正方程合理。该方程阐述了在一定配方范围内,配合剂单变量变化时,力学性能与吸水性能的关系,从而为减少实验次数及优化配方提供了参考。“,”The mathematical regression equation between the main factors to affect properties in the formula (sulfur ,silica and super absorbent resin) and properties of water swelling rubber was studied by central composite regression experiments .Referencing Mooney‐Rivlin theory ,semi‐empiri‐cal equation Mooney‐Rivlin modified equation was developed ,which described the relationship be‐tween the mechanical properties and water absorption of WSR .Mooney‐Rivlin modified equation was proved reasonable by using the method of least squares to establish regression equation and plotting to test .The equation described the relationship between the mechanical properties and water absorption in certain formula ranges and the agent univariate change .And it also provided a reference for reduc‐ing the number of experiments and optimizing formulas .
