目的:观察象皮生肌膏联合自体皮片移植术治疗糖尿病患者足部溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的糖尿病足患者48例随机分为4组各12例,对照1组予象皮生肌膏组外敷治疗,对照2组予重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶(贝复新)外敷治疗,对照3组予贝复新外敷联合自体皮片移植术治疗,治疗组予象皮生肌膏外敷联合自体皮片移植术治疗。观察4组临床疗效与平均创面愈合时间。结果:痊愈率治疗组为100%,对照1、2、3组分别为75.0%、66.7%、83.3%,治疗组明显高于各对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);平均创面愈合时间治疗组为(25.17±0.53)d,对照1、2、3组分别为(33.00±0.59)d、(41.25±0.79)d、(32.34±0.57)d,治疗组明显短于各对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:象皮生肌膏联合自体皮片移植术治疗糖尿病患者足部溃疡的疗效明显优于单纯象皮生肌膏、单纯贝复新外敷及贝复新外敷联合自体皮片移植术治疗。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of elephant skin myogenic cream combined with autologous skin grafting in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers. Methods: Forty-eight patients with diabetic foot who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into four groups (n = 12 in each group). The control group 1 was treated with xianyangshengji ointment group and the control group 2 with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel Beifuxin) topical treatment, the control group 3 Beifuxin combined with autologous skin graft surgery, the treatment group to elephant skin myooplasty combined with autologous skin graft for the treatment. The clinical efficacy and average wound healing time in the four groups were observed. Results: The cure rate was 100% in the treatment group, 75.0% in the control group, 66.7% in the control group, 83.3% in the treatment group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) The healing time in the treatment group was (25.17 ± 0.53) d, the control group was (33.00 ± 0.59) d, (41.25 ± 0.79) d, (32.34 ± 0.57) d, respectively Group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: The efficacy of elephant skin myogenic cream combined with autologous skin grafting for the treatment of foot ulcer in diabetic patients is significantly better than that of simple elephant skin rejuvenation plaster, mere shellfish reexamination and bFGF combined with autologous skin graft.
